Cancellations & Late Arrivals

 

Out of respect for my business and wait-listed clients, I honor a firm 48 hour cancellation policy. I do ask that all sessions are cancelled no less than 48 hours prior your scheduled session, if you fail to do so, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled session. If you are a no call, no show you will be charged 100% of your scheduled session and I reserve the right to deny any and all future sessions.

Please understand, when I reserve a session for you, I am turning away other clients to keep your slot secured.

I do understand that unavoidable situations may arise, therefore, in the event that you absolutely can not cancel or reschedule 48 hours prior to your scheduled session please do not hesitate to contact me via email and I will accommodate you as best as I can.

I do allow all guests a 15 minute grace period. If you are running more than 15 minutes late please text me immediately at 470-838-9823. If you are running more than 15 minutes late I will do my best to accommodate you, however, out of respect to all of my clients, I can not guarantee that you will be able to receive your full intended service or you may have to reschedule with a late fee of $25. The same goes for myself, if I am more than 15 minutes late starting your session, you will receive $25 off of your balance!

Adjustments & Refunds

 

While I do not offer refunds for services rendered, my goal is to make your hair dreams come true! In the event that I fall short and you feel that your hair needs adjusting, I would love the opportunity to make it right and to see you for complimentary adjustment.

You have seven days from the day you receive any services at Haven Hair Salon to inform me that you would like an adjustment and I will do my best to get you on my schedule at our earliest convenience.

If you you go to another stylist or attempt to adjust your hair yourself, the opportunity for a complimentary adjustment is voided.

If you decide the change you would like is different from what we discussed during our consultation please let me know and we can work together to get you to your desired goal.

deposits

 

A 50% deposit is required for sessions totaling $300 or more. The deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled session one time. The deposit is refundable if you cancel or reschedule 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled session, if you're a no call, no show or if you reschedule your session more than one time.
