I understand that going to a new salon can be slightly intimidating, especially if you don’t know what to expect. Here’s a little information to help make your first visit as SEAMLESS and comfortable as possible.

I’m located on the 2nd floor of the 400 building that’s directly across from Kroger located within City Plaza Sandy Springs. You will enter where it says ‘My Salon Suite’.

Pre-Visit…
Email & Text Notifications
You’ll receive a confirmation via text and/or email 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please reply to this message to confirm or cancel your appointment.
Within 24 hours of your appointment you will receive a reminder text and/or email.
Arrival…
Parking
There is free parking located in the parking lot. You can either take the stairs up to the 2nd floor or you may take the elevator that’s located down the sidewalk to the right of the stairs.
Stay Comfy
Please remain in your car & text your first & last name to 470-838-9823. I will return your text as soon as the salon is sanitized and safe to enter.
Once you enter the lobby, dial 202 + the green bell on the call box & I will buzz you in. You can bypass the call box that’s located outside of the front door entrance.
Come prepared…
Dry, Styled Hair
Whether you air dry, blow dry, or tease it to the heavens, I recommend coming to your first visit wearing your hair how you prefer to wear it on a daily basis. This will help me to choose the best techniques & looks that will enhance & fit your lifestyle.
If this isn’t possible, that’s totally fine. Just bring a few pictures of how you prefer to wear your hair!
Dress Comfortably
I want you to relax during your appointment so dress appropriately! Please avoid wearing bulky necklines like hooded sweatshirts and turtlenecks to ensure your clothing stays dry and stain free. If you must wear clothing with this type of neckline then you are more than welcome to change into a clean kimono that will be provided to you.

I want you to love your hair so I may ask a lot of questions during our consultation. This is a judgement free zone so feel free to divulge about your hair history, your lifestyle and your overall hair goals.
Reference pictures are encouraged so screenshots and Pinterest boards are always welcome! Pro-tip: showing me 1-2 pictures looks you want to avoid are just as important as the look you want to achieve.

I’m all about transparency! I’ll recap your service plan and pricing before I snip any locks or open any color tubes.
Policies
Cancellations & Rescheduling
In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to all guests, 48 hours notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Rescheduling or canceling an appointment with less than 48 hour notice or failing to show up to a scheduled appointment may result in a Cancellation Fee of up to 100% of the service price.
Late Arrivals
I allow all guests a 15 minute grace period. Services for clients that are running more than 20 minutes late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing.
Clients arriving more than 25 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and Cancellations Fees will apply.
Adjustments & Refunds
While I do not offer refunds for services rendered, I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having any challenges with your Color or Cut, please notify me within 7 days and will address the issue at no additional charge.
Retail Exchanges
If you make a Retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, let’s find something better for you! Exchanges at full credit are accepted as long as you notify me with 7 days of the initial purchase.
